Job Description
Location: Montreal Head Office
Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of prominent experience in a similar position, as well as a recognized fashion degree from reputed institute.
Proficiency in MS office, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Fluently bilingual in both oral and written.
Detail-oriented, can meet deadlines under pressure and team oriented.
Possess great communication and organizational skills as well as initiative.
Responsabilities: Provide technical drawing to explain visually the construction of garment/product. Demonstrate garment details on computerized flat sketches.
Prepare detailed ?technical packages? for programs received or created and ensure that they are accurate and sent to designated agents/suppliers in a timely manner.
Correspond (by e-mail, fax and phone) regularly with overseas or domestic suppliers to ensure that all programs are followed up on thoroughly.
Assist in fit sessions and ensure that proper fitting comments were provided precisely to the vendor in a timely manner.
Participate to the set up of the line sheets for the different collections by delivery period.
Prepare and update recap activities reports as required.
Follow up on lab dips, Prototypes, P.P. samples, P.S. samples to receive them in a timely manner.
Maintain a library of all samples from a collection / season and control access to them.
