We currently have an exciting opportunity as an Account Specialist - International.
The ideal candidate will manage all International accounts from initial booking to shipping. As well as troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure accurate and timely shipping and delivery to accounts.
Responsibilities:
•Ensures orders are entered and product is produced correctly, shipped and delivered within the designated shipping window
•Performs system order processing, maintenance and invoicing
•Provides product and shipping information to Management and accounts
Qualifications:
•3 – 5 years of customer service experience *international experience a plus
•Background in apparel, fashion, or related field is highly desirable
•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
•Strong reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills
•Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet required standards of service
•Ability to rapidly adjust to changing priorities based on business needs
•Strong documentation and reporting skills
