Overview:
Juicy Couture has an exciting Product Development Specialist opportunity. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast paced, innovative culture founded on creative thinking and a collaborative work environment. You will ensure the integrity of the product development process and T&A calendar by managing product from design concept through SRS sampling.

Responsibilities: •Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of development and SRS by troubleshooting issues with internal and external partners; Assist in managing the T&A calendar on weekly basis. •Fully responsible for identifying and executing opportunities for process improvement; Drive resolution between departments; Manage business and process-related issues. •Contribute to Pre-Production, Production and Technical Design T & A meetings; Ensure that communication is clear and confirm closure at the milestone meetings. •Create various tracking reports, including Production Pattern Report, Design Tracking Report, Tech packages, BOM’s, New Patterncards and Duplicate Merchandise Report to keep all partners abreast of development. •Anticipate and identify obstacles in the send-out development process and effectively resolve issues through appropriate communication. •Partner with Sourcing channels to generate initial garment cost and hand-off comprehensive package to Merchandising. •Protect brand integrity and consistency through quality standards. •Develop testing protocols to achieve desired quality standards. •Manage and distribute weekly running line changes for lines in development •Monitor Calendar Dates for Design and Product development. •Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•3+ years pre-production/product development experience. •Undergraduate degree in merchandise management or other related field. •Ability to communicate clearly and professionally on a technical level with all cross-functional partners. •Ability to proactively and trouble shoot and problem solve.
