Fashion Copywriter
Bluefly.com, a leading online outlet for designer fashion and home furnishings, has an entry level position available for a fashion product copywriter. This is a terrific opportunity to work in an exciting Internet environment with the resources of a Nasdaq SmallCap company (ticker symbol: BFLY).
Key Responsibilities:
* Write merchandise descriptions for women’s, men’s and house and home.
* Liaise with members of the production team to expedite the production process
Experience/Skills:
* Candidate should have excellent writing, proofreading and grammar skills
* Working knowledge of general fashion terms, fabrications, and trends
* Creative writing abilities, sense of humor, and a love of style
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines while working in fun, fast-paced environment.
· High level of attention to detail.
· Self-starter attitude.
· Internet and/or retail experience a plus.
· Strong computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft Word and Access.
· Must be able to live the Bluefly values.
